The most frequent types of sports injuries are sprains (injuries to ligaments) strains (injuries to muscles), and stress fractures (injuries to bones). The most common cause of a sports injury is the failure to warm-up sufficiently before.

Pilates is widely known to help in the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries.

Cycling is a knee-sparing exercise because it does not require impact. Pilates can help to improve your efficiency and performance at whatever level you cycle. Refer to Lynn our physiotherapist for an assessment, should you experiencing any problems with cycling.

Pilates in a tennis strength & conditioning programme, can help to improve your game and reduce your risk of injuries. Lynn our physiotherapist and keen tennis player, understands how important this is.

Most of our classes are mixed. Our Men Only class are designed for the male physique.

The Studio

Suspended in the air almost like a tree top studio with panoramic views surrounded by 80 aches of private parkland nestled within Esher. No cars except the sound of horses hooves. Here you can easily park your car for free on our doorstep. We have ample parking on a secure and private gated site. The Studio is known as heaven the mats are luxurious and the instructors are experts and have a wealth of experience. The classes are small but the studio spacious. We do not charge the earth but we make you feel million dollars. We are, what we are passionate and qualified.

Once you enter ZH Pilates you will feel at home. After class we offer complimentary luxury coffee and selection of teas where you can relax on the outside terrace and catch up with the local community.
