Yes if you cancel you class 3 hours before the class starts we will automatically re-credit your account, but as a small business we always ask you cancel the class as soon as you know you can cancel and book week in advance.
Yes, if you miss a class or classes there is a system in place that allows you to swap to another class, subject to availability. 99% of members get to swap to another class of their choice.
Yes, we do offer a free class. However, we feel it takes 20-30 hours to really judge Pilates and feel and see the difference. We have found that a new member may have difficulty understanding the routine and the pace may feel too fast. We offer an information service to explain how Pilates works before you sign up for a class.

We supply mats and all equipment.
Comfortable leggings or joggers, wear layers, in case you get hot then cold. Try not to wear zips as these can be uncomfortable in some positions. Grip socks are always good for hygiene and some exercises. Please bring a small hand towel.
We offer classes for everyone at all fitness levels. Basically, if you cannot see a class for your sports or injury, or you are not sure which is the best class for you, we will open a class especially for you! Just email us and ask. The studio is open six days a week, 12 hours a day. We eat, sleep and breathe Pilates.
