Yes we are open all year including half terms except Christmas and when we close for deep cleaning.

Do I have to attend a course or can I mix it up and attend different days? 2018-07-31T12:36:22+00:00

Yes you can attend everyday or once a month, the system allows you to book when it suits you. You can attend as often or as little as you like.

If I cancel my class will I be re-credited? 2018-07-31T12:35:41+00:00

Yes if you cancel you class 3 hours before the class starts we will automatically  re-credit your account, but as a small business we always ask you cancel the class as soon as you know you can cancel and book week in advance.

Yes, free taster after that all classes are £12 per class.
Buy individual or book out a block of classes, pay online or by cash and ask an instructor to enrol you. Pop in and we can get you set up, you do not need to enrol online. The online booking system just makes your life easier when re-booking and cancelling. The online system explains when the class is not running due to sickness or if an instructor is on annual holidays. In return you will be given a space for the course. If you cancel your class, there is a system in place that allows you to swap to another class.

Yes, if you miss a class or classes there is a system in place that allows you to swap to another class, subject to availability.  99% of members get to swap to another class of their choice.

Yes, we do offer a free class. However, we feel it takes 20-30 hours to really judge Pilates and feel and see the difference. We have found that a new member may have difficulty understanding the routine and the pace may feel too fast. We offer an information service to explain how Pilates works before you sign up for a class.

Yes, we have plenty of free parking on site.

Yes, we have a coffee fix waiting for you after the class.  Also, teas and healthy snacks are available.

Yes, Esher train station, with fast trains to London, is only an 8 minute walk away from our studio.

Do you have anywhere safe to leave my bag?  2017-04-02T17:19:33+00:00

Yes, the only people in the studio are us and the studio is locked and no one else can get to the bag area.

Yes, we have a nursery next door.  This is not run by us. Please contact Fay on 999999 in advance.

Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?  2017-04-02T17:19:33+00:00

We supply mats and all equipment.

Comfortable leggings or joggers, wear layers, in case you get hot then cold.  Try not to wear zips as these can be uncomfortable in some positions.  Grip socks are always good for hygiene and some exercises.  Please bring a small hand towel.

I am not fit and worried about my ability, what class is best for me?  2017-04-02T17:19:33+00:00

We offer classes for everyone at all fitness levels.  Basically, if you cannot see a class for your sports or injury, or you are not sure which is the best class for you, we will open a class especially for you!  Just email us and ask.  The studio is open six days a week, 12 hours a day. We eat, sleep and breathe Pilates.
