HANNAH NORRIS

Bootcamp Instructor

Hannah has a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from Loughborough University (#1 Sport University in the World!) and specialised in exercise and nutrition for weight loss. Hannah went on to study nutrition and got her masters at St Mary’s University Twickenham.
Hannah loves helping people reach their fitness and nutrition goals and love’s doing so through LUXe Bootcamps! An ex gymnast, Hannah now loves to ski, surf and play touch rugby if, she is not doing circuit style training or shifting weights. Hannah lives for the summer and keeps the winter blues away, through cooking – Hannah is a huge foodie! In the past I have worked for Leicester Tigers rugby and on many sport sponsorship campaigns as well as worked with various celebrity nutritionists.

ELLIE BRAINE

Bootcamp Instructor

Ellie has a degree in sports science and nutrition from St Marys University Twickenham where she studied a wide range of topics including coaching analysis, physiology and psychology. Ellie specialise in weight training, body weight conditioning, flexibility and mobility, HIIT and have additional qualifications suspension fitness (TRX) and pad work.

Ellie believes in making exercising and fitness a more positive experience, where workouts can be a varied and enjoyable way to start making changes. Ellie has been involved in gymnastics since she was 4 years old and became a qualified gymnastics coach when she was only 14, so she understands the discipline and dedication and motivation it takes to achieve personal goals.

SOPHIE HOLLINGDALE

Bootcamp Instructor

Sophie studied physical education at St Mary’s University Twickenham persuing her dream of becoming a PE teacher. Whilst doing her course she joined the sprint team and was training on the track and in the gym. This love for the gym encouraged her to become a personal trainer. Since graduating from university she has been a personal trainer in Dubai, also teaching circuits and HIIT classes. She has also competed in bikini competitions placing first and receiving her pro status in two federations. Sophie’s love for sport and fitness stemmed from an early age, when she competed nationally for Britain in gymnastics. From there she grew a love for sprinting and team sports such as netball and hockey. Sophie is a strong believer in how being physically active can change people’s lives, mentally and physically. She encourages her clients to take a holistic approach when it comes to health and fitness as she believes there are many factors to keeping healthy.

CHARLIE HORNER

Bootcamp Instructor

Charlie is a charismatic individual with a compelling interest for Health and Fitness. Growing up in a sporting environment encouraged him learn more about training and exercise from a young age. When he began training in the gym for sport purposes it soon became apparent that his love for training and helping people overtook his passion for sport. Since then he has competed in Men’s Physique, completed his level 2 Fitness Instructor, level 3 Personal Trainer and level 3 Exercise Referral qualifications. Charlie studies at St Mary’s university Degree is Health Exercise & Physical Activity in addition to his level 1 Anthropometry. He has been a successful trainer for over 2 years and has gained notable practice. He has experienced a wide range of exhilarating activities such as skydiving, bungee jumping, public speaking, modelling and Ten Tours to name a few, he sees that a balance in life is to be encourage. Charlie believes that a healthy lifestyle is a bench mark of confidence which can be utilized to optimize all areas of life.

THE PILATES PAVILION

Please note: The Pavilion is a detached private building and the entrance is at the back of Ember Court. The Pavilion has its own gated driveway with free parking on site. The gate is nearest to Esher train station off Ember Lane, situated on the bend. If coming from Waterloo, walk off the platform straight onto Ember Lane. It’s an easy 8-10 minute walk to the Pavilion.
