Lynn’s 1:1 Pilates sessions offer a thorough assessment of one’s needs (including ante and post natal), teaching the Pilates principles and building confidence before joining a class or ongoing clinical rehabilitation and support for those who wish to work individually, need more specific attention, modifications or a home programme.
Lynn offers one hour physiotherapy sessions, following injury, surgery or for ongoing painful conditions. Following a clinical assessment, Lynn will discuss her findings and recommend a treatment plan to suit. Treatment may include manual therapy techniques such as passive joint mobilisation, Myofascial Release, soft tissue techniques and massage, followed by a personalised Pilates exercise programme and/or Pilates classes to support ongoing management towards recovery.
